ELL A COLONNA Wins the Archiproducts Design Awards 2022

- Starck T / Bathroom accessories -
Duravit and Philippe Starck present the new accessory line “Starck T”, which combines functional rigor with organic forms. The fluid transition from the round base to the geometric “T” shape is the defining design feature of the series and reminiscent of the branching shape of a tree. This design element can be found in every piece in the new range and as such forms a recurring, iconic signature. From the toilet-roll holder through the towel ring up to the soap dish – all 16 elements in the new series are available both in chrome and the on-trend color Black Matt.

Petra Collection in Cementoskin, designed by Diego Vencato and Merendi, has been honored with the Stylepark Magazine Selected Award.

Petra is realised in Cementoskin®, new type of concrete, resistant to any kind of dirt and with unique aesthetic features. The entire collection is inspired by the soft and natural finish of this material, suitable for both outside, from large gardens to small terraces, and for the more usual indoor situations. Water flows on smooth surfaces, gently inclined like those of a stone, polished by the elements of nature.

Patricia Urquiola renews its intense collaboration with Agape, which since 2004 has created some of our most iconic products such as the Vieques and Lariana family.‎
Rigo is a bathroom furniture system closely inspired by architecture.‎
Two parallel beams run across the wall to create a linear opportunity to lay the washbasin and its accessories on.‎
A detailed set of trays and containers allow the system to take on miscellaneous configurations from the simplest to the most elaborate.‎ Combining marble, wood and black anodised aluminium adds aesthetic and material richness.‎
Rigo is a minimalist take, a contemporary synthesis, on the traditional bathroom setting designed by Patricia Urquiola.‎

- HOOK -
A contemporary design twist on the old taps whose pipes ran along the outside of the wall, Hook is a system of articulated and flexible taps designed to be used in various settings, from outdoors to bathrooms and kitchens.

A support on which the taps are mounted and which is fitted with all the complementary accessories that might be needed, wherever it is installed. The soft and ergonomic shape of the handle ensures optimum ease of use and a pleasant feel.
Made entirely of stainless steel, HOOK is available in brushed stainless steel and matt black finishes.

- GIOTTO PLUS -
Inspired by pure and archetypal circular forms, the GIOTTO collection is designed in stainless steel AISI 316L, available in satin and polished finish. Created to ensure the maximum freedom of composition, GIOTTO expresses aesthetic coherence and functionality. The collection includes a wide range of mixers and accessories repeating circular shapes, which emphasize their perfection.

Expansion in range of the GIOTTO collection created to give new configurations to taps and their fittings through the single-lever mixer. GIOTTO PLUS, while maintaining the purist and contemporary lines of the previous collection, presents itself with a deliberately generous handle which houses the mixer cartridge. The recessed body uses the PWF (Plumbing Water Fitting) principle, a rapid fitting coupling to the hydraulic system, thanks to which it is possible to simplify the installation and keep the mixing cartridge in the external body.

- BRIM / Bathroom Tap Collection -
The BRIM collection is the result of an intensive development process focusing on shapes and their effect. The series merges opposing geometries into a balanced unity. The proportions of this tap collection are based on square and round basic shapes, visually blending with each other thanks to rounded edges, harmonious lines and smooth glossy surfaces. The mixers are available in different models to complement classic as well as modern bathroom interiors with their timeless appearance.
